Lifting/CrossFit:
I didn't start out 2013 even thinking about lifting or CrossFit, but I did accomplish some awesome things during my first experiences.
Bench Press
I went from bench pressing nothing to 105#
Deadlift
The first time I deadlifted, was in March with my husband and I hit 185. In November I cranked out a new PR and hit 245#. Here is a video of a previous PR at 215#.
Squats
I knew squats would be my strong point, in 2013 I hit a 215# PR on my back squat, and learned how to do a front squat early in May and then eventually hit a 185# on that as well.
Overall, in 2013, I got stronger, healthier, faster, and more confident. I can't wait to see what 2014 will bring!
